Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TEKNOSBEKA, we specialize in custom engineering design, CAD drafting, rapid prototyping, and mechanism development. Because our solutions involve dedicated professional engineering labor, custom mechanical fabrication, and specific hardware procurement, our cancellation and refund terms are outlined below.

1. Custom Engineering & Prototyping Services
All design and functional prototyping milestones are executed based on agreed technical project scopes:
– Non-Cancellable Work in Progress: Once engineering hours have commenced, CAD design phases are initiated, or physical prototype fabrication has begun, service fees allocated to that phase or milestone are non-refundable.
– Sourced Components & Consumables: Any specialized mechanical, electrical, or raw materials (such as motors, microcontrollers, drive hardware, or fabrication stock) purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable once procurement orders have been placed with suppliers.

2. Project Cancellation Prior to Commencement
If a client formally requests project cancellation in writing before any technical work, design hours, or hardware sourcing has commenced:
– The payment will be refunded after deducting standard third-party payment gateway transaction processing charges.
– Approved refunds will be credited back to the original source payment method (bank account, debit/credit card) within 7 to 10 business days.

3. Milestone Disputes & Adjustments
If deliverables do not conform to mutually agreed written technical specifications:
– Clients must notify us within 7 calendar days of milestone delivery.
– TEKNOSBEKA will review the discrepancy and provide reasonable engineering revisions, CAD adjustments, or functional rework to satisfy the agreed functional requirements.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing, invoice, or technical delivery questions before initiating a formal bank chargeback or dispute.
