Who I Am

I’m Vatsal Jain — a mechanical engineer from NIT Jaipur and the founder of Threedeify, a product design and development company based in India, working with clients across the globe. For the past several years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping startups, manufacturers, and innovators turn their ideas into real-world products. From engineering complex automotive systems to building functional prototypes for consumer electronics and industrial products — I’ve led projects that bridge imagination with manufacturability. I also share my knowledge as a content creator through my YouTube channel (17K+ subscribers), where I explain the science and engineering behind vehicles, robotics, and product design — helping thousands of learners and makers worldwide.

What I Do

At Threedeify, I lead a multidisciplinary team that takes products from concept to market. Our core strengths include:

  • Product Designing
Ideation, concept sketching, detailed CAD design, and design for manufacturing (DFM) across multiple industries.

  • Functional Prototyping
Electronics integration, mechanical prototyping, testing, and pilot batch production.

  • Mechanical Engineering
Engineering calculations, automotive chassis and suspension design, and complex mechanical systems development.

  • Industrial Automation
Designing automated systems, robotics solutions, and special-purpose machines.

  • Product Marketing Support
Visual storytelling, 3D animation, investor presentations, and go-to-market content for startups.

My Process

Whether it’s building an automated cooking machine, a hydroponic planter, or a Tesla-powered suspension system for a Ford Mustang, my process remains the same:

  1. Understand the problem deeply.

  2. Design practical, functional solutions.

  3. Prototype and iterate fast.

  4. Engineer for real-world use.

  5. Support clients through manufacturing and launch.

My Process

  • Engineering excellence: Designs that don’t just look good but work perfectly in the real world.

  • Speed & clarity: I believe in fast, transparent communication and an iterative work process.

  • Collaboration: I love working alongside passionate founders and engineers to create products that matter.

  • Learning & teaching: Sharing what I learn through YouTube and mentoring is a big part of my mission.

Who I Work With

I typically work with:

  • Startups building new hardware products

  • Automotive companies exploring custom designs

  • Industrial automation teams needing design & prototyping support

  • Medical device companies in the concept and prototype phase

  • Entrepreneurs who need end-to-end product development help

Outside of Work

When I’m not working on product designs or filming YouTube videos, you’ll often find me:

  • Tinkering with electronics and robotics

  • Studying the history and future of automotive engineering

  • Exploring how psychology and design intersect in great products

  • Mentoring young engineers and sharing practical skills online

At my core, I’m an engineer who loves building things that solve real problems. If you have an idea, a prototype, or a product vision you want to bring to life — I’d love to collaborate.
